Excellent night sight - easy to see in daylight and in dark. Makes the pistol much more versatile. Great addition.

I purchased these sights as a replacement for the factory trapezoidal sights. I've grown up with and been formally trained with standard iron sights and the Steyr factory just weren't cutting it. Finally got my gun back from the gunsmith and I couldn't be happier! Typical rugged and solid trijicon quality.

I bought my M40 used and the rear sight was broken; it slid several millimeters to the left every time the weapon was fired. My friend recommended this sight to me. I was a little unsure because I liked the OEM triangular sights, but I really love the 3 dot sight picture and, of course, the illumination feature is a must have for practical home defense.
